Onsite registration opens on Sunday, November 11, at 8:15 AM

Please register for ICPR2012 from the online registration site. Please complete your registration by logging-in to your Personal Page. If you have not yet registered your personal information, please first complete the required items on ID Application page in order to acquire your ID and Password.
Online registration site is operated by JTB Japan Corp. JTB has been appointed as an official travel agent for the Conference and will handle registration and hotel accommodations.

Registration Fees

Registration is required for all conference participants. You may complete your registration either on-line or by using the Registration & Accommodation Reservation Form. A registration becomes effective only after paying registration fee.

Registration applications received after September 30th, 2012 will not be processed. Attendees should apply on-site for registration after this date. Advanced registrations without effective payment at October 1st will be treated as on-site registrations.

ICPR2012 may close on-site registrations when the capacity of the conference site becomes full.

Workshop, Tutorial and Contest fees

Please note that these fees are valid only for Workshops, Tutorials and Contests, not included ICPR 2012 registration rights. A separate fee is charged for each individual workshop and tutorial. Note that the payment of contest fee allows access to all contests.
The organizing committee reserve the right to cancel any workshop, tutorial and contest
if too few attendees are registered.

Workshop fees:

Tutorial fees (Half-day):

Important Notice

Each accepted paper must be registered by one of the authors before submission of the final manuscript

- Please note that at least one of the authors must register for the conference paying regular registration fees (not student fee) before submitting the camera-ready copy of his/her manuscript(s). Papers submitted without registration will not be included in the conference program or in the proceedings. Please note that this fee will not be refunded even if the registration is cancelled.
- According to IAPR's policy, should an author have more than one paper accepted, only one registration is required for publication although other authors are encouraged to register and participate in the conference.

Extra Pages: During registration authors may purchase no more than one extra page for each accepted paper at 10,000 JPY per page if they find it necessary to address the concerns of the reviewers.

Confirmation: Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of registration, accommodation details and payment. Confirmations for online registration will be sent instantly while written registrations should be allowed business days for the process. Registration applications and payments sent after October 31st, 2012 may not be confirmed in written form since the advance registration will be closed after this date.

Disclaimer: The organizers of ICPR2012 wish to obtain your prior understanding that we will not be held liable for any damages incurred by participants (such as participating fees, transportation expenses, lodging expenses) as a result of a partial revision or cancellation of all or any of the content of the meeting that occurs due to reasons beyond our control, such as act of providence, outbreak of an infectious disease, or suspension of services by the venue and transportation networks.

Cancellation

Cancellation fee for Conference Registration/Extra banquet & Reception ticket for accompanying person

- All cancellations must be processed online
- In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.

Cancellation Fee
On or Before October 12, 2012	20% of the registration fee
On or After October 13, 2012	100% of the registration fee/No refund

Cancellation fee for Workshop/Tutorial/Contest/Extra page
- No cancellation after your registration.
